Wilda Arceneaux

Wilda Boudreaux Arceneaux, 89, died Sunday, January 15, 2012. She was a native of Montegut, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Tuesday, January 17, 2012 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Wednesday, January 18, 2012 from 10:00 AM until service time at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday, January 18, 2012 at 12:00 PM at St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church. Burial will follow at Bayou Black Cemetery. She is survived by her, daughter, Vicki Schexnayder and husband Louis “L.J.”, Houma, LA, son, Junius Arceneaux, Jr., Houma, LA, grandchildren, Clay Naquin, Houma, LA, Troy Naquin, Houma, LA, Schira Johnson, Alexandria, LA, Toni White, Houma, LA, Denise Womack, Houma, LA, Kristie Lagarde, Raceland, LA, Joshua Arceneaux, Houma, LA, Louis Schexnayder, Jr., Thibodaux, LA, Brandy Theriot, Weatherford, OK, Curt Schexnayder, Houma, LA, 26 great grandchildren, 11 great great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Junius Arcenaux, Sr., parents, Sidney Paul Boudreaux and Libby Giroir Boudreaux and daughter, Elaine Naquin. She retired from the Terrebonne Parish School Board as a cook and Cafeteria Manager. She was a parishioner of Maria Immacolata. The family would like to thank Heritage Manor and to St. Catherine’s Hospice.
