Visitation will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2012 from 8:30 AM until Service time at St. Ann Catholic Church Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, January 7, 2012 at 11:00 AM at St. Ann Catholic Church. Burial: St. Ann Catholic Church Cemetery He is survived by his, Wife, Merrile Crochet Dupre; Son, Wilbert "Boo" Dupre, Jr and wife Sheila; Daughter, Monique D. Prosperie and husband Brad; Brothers, Herbert Dupre, Ivy Dupre, Sr and David Dupre, Sr; Sisters, Wilma St. Amant; Grandsons, Christopher Dupre, Jeremy Guidry, Jacob Prosperie and Zachary Dupre; Great Grand Daughter, Kaylie Guidry; He was preceded in death by his, Parents, Edward J Dupre and Hattie L Dupre He was a parishioner of St.Ann Catholic Church. He was a retired riverboat captain with Exxon. He was an avid fisherman and devoted many years to the Bourg Volunteer Fire Department as assistant fire chief and training officer. He loved his family and friends dearly.
