Nolan was a man of simple taste who embraced his cajun heritage. He loved hunting, fishing, "Scenic Cruises" through Bayou Country, wood and metal working, general tinkering, and had a manic passion for raw oysters. Above all he cherished his most beloved wife and family. We will miss him dearly. His spirit will always be with us.
