Visitation will be held on Friday, December 16, 2011 from 5:30pm to 9:30pm at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Saturday, December 17, 2011 from 8:00am to 9:00am at St. Ann Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, December 17, 2011 at 9:00am at St. Ann Catholic Church. with burial in St. Elie Cemetery. He is survived by his, Son:Jeremy John Blanchard and wife Amy Theriot Blanchard of Bourg LA Daughter: Jody Ann Blanchard Pellegrin and husband Albert Pellegrin Jr. of Baton Rouge LA Brothers:Gerald Blanchard and wife Yvette Ledet Blanchard of Pointe Aux Chene LA Raymond Blanchard of Bourg LA Cornelius Blanchard and wife Martha Roger Blanchard of Gray LA Sisters: Iris Blanchard Peeples and husband Johnny Peeples of Independence VA. Juanita Blanchard Authement and husband Rodney Authement of Chauvin LA Virgie Lee Blanchard of NC Grandchildren: Katelyn Blanchard, Madeline Blanchard, and Megan Cunningham. Also survived by many numerous nieces and nephews. Fostered Children: Marissa Guidry Use' and husband Jules Use' of Houma LA Dustin Lirette of TX Foster Grandchildren: Derrick Use', Erick Use', Jacob Use', Julie Use', and Leslie Use' all of Houma LA. He was preceded in death by his, Parents: Virgis Blanchard Sr. and Eunice Liner Blanchard Grandparents: Essie Blanchard and Celesida Thibodeaux Blanchard Clifford Liner and Bernadette Lirette Liner Foster Grandchild: Grace Lirette of TX.
