Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, November 5, 2011 at 11:30am at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral, with burial in St. Francis St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by his, Father:Werlien Joseph Prosperie Sr and companion Jeannette Davis of Houma LA; Sons,Werlien Joseph Prosperie III of Houma LA and Nekola Noel Prosperie of Houma LA; Daughters: Felicity Angelina Prosperie of Houma LA; Brothers: Nick Prosperie and wife Peggy of Houma LA; Sisters: Sonia Prosperie McNamara of Houma LA and Denise Prosperie Fritch of Houma LA and also survived by Tammy Starr Prosperie of Houma LA. He was preceded in death by his, Mother: Beverly Ann Dempsey; Grandparents: Florence Robichaux Prosperie and Nicholas Noel Prosperie; and Lena Robichaux Brunet and Simon Peter Brunet Sr. He was a parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral . He was employed by Cameron Valve Control. A loving father, son, brother, and friend. Would give you the shirt off his back expecting nothing in return.
