Violet was a member of the Catholic Daughters. She loved cooking for her family and friends who enjoyed many delicious meals. She loved to garden. She was a devout Roman Catholic who lived her faith and shared it with many. She loved to spend time with her family and friends. She would help anyone in need. She carried the cross of paralysis for seventeen years with great grace. The family is deeply grateful to all who cared for her especially the staff and caregivers at the Homestead assisted living facility and the private sitters over the years, and Haydel Memorial Hospice, and many others over her time of need. Mass will be celebrated by her nephew Fr. Paul Bergeron. She will be missed by all who knew and loved her. She has now received the gift of everlasting peace.
