David Keese

David William Keese, died Wednesday, July 27, 2011 at 12:20 AM. He was a native of New Orleans, LA and resident of Gray, LA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2011 from 11:00am at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church Mass will be held on Saturday, July 30, 2011 at 12:00pm at Our Lady of the Rosary Catholic Church. A private burial will be held by the family at a later date. David William Keese died peacefully on July 27, 2011, surrounded by his family in Houma, at the age of 65. A native of New Orleans and long-time resident of Houma, David was the proud father of three sons, Bronson, Douglas and Kevin Keese. He was the son of Bernice Keese and the late William Keese, and is also survived by his brother Roger Keese, and was married to Patricia Zimmerman Keese for 35 years. David was a graduate of Holy Cross in New Orleans. A salesman by trade for most of his life, he was most proud of his three sons, and was the creator of Dave's Hot Tamales. Visitation will be held at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Church in Houma on Saturday from11 – 12, followed by a memorial mass. David will be laid to rest alongside his grandparents Bernard and Irene Duehr in Waveland, MS. In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions to the American Diabetes Association.
