Marie Dardar Ledet, 77, died Tuesday, July 12, 2011 at 10:43 AM. She was a native of Point Aux Chenes, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Thursday, July 14, 2011 from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and Friday, July 15, 2011 from 9:00 AM until service time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, July 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church with burial in Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Cemetery. She is survived by her, grandchildren, Daisy Dardar, Joseph Verdin, Jr., great granddaughter, Serah Dardar, brother, Thomas Dardar, Sr. and sisters, Gloria Crochet, and Sedonia Cotton. She was preceded in death by her, husband, Aaron Ledet parents, Joe Dardar and Selvina Dardar, son, Joseph Verdin and brothers, Constance Hendon, Jack Hendon, Eli Hendon, Adam Dardar, Dennis Dardar, Ernest Dardar, Antoine Dardar. She was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church. She was a homemaker.
