Carmen Duplantis

Carmen Boudreaux Duplantis, 69, died Thursday, June 30, 2011 at 5:30 AM. She was a native and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011 from 8:30 AM until service time at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church with burial in Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery. She is survived by her, husband, Donald Duplantis, sons, Danny Duplantis and wife Carla, David Duplantis and wife Cristal, seven grandchildren, five great grandchildren, mother, Ethel Brunet Boudreaux, brother, Rodney Boudreaux, sisters, Charlene Samanie and Marilyn Guffy. She was preceded in death by her, father, Abel Boudreaux. She was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church. She was employed with Chase bank for 30 years. She was a loving wife and mother. She enjoyed working in her yard, being with her family, and painting beautiful pictures. She always encouraged people to smile, and was a truly and inspiration to others.
