Bernice Campbell

Bernice Agatha Campbell, 89, died Monday, June 27, 2011 at 5:45 AM. She was a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011 from 9:30am to 10:30am at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. A Memorial Mass will be held on Saturday, July 2, 2011 at 10:30am at St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. She is survived by her Spouse, K.K. "Kibby" Campbell of Houma LA, one daughter, Elizabeth "Betsy" Lirette and husband Mitchell of Houma LA, one grandson, Zachary Lirette of Houma LA, two sisters, Velma Hamner of Houma LA and Miriam McCain of Odessa TX. She is survived by many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, Guy and Amy Chauvin, three brothers, Roland Chauvin,Guy Chauvin and Gordon Chauvin, three sisters, Bootsie Ratliff, Myrle Musgrove Clifton, and Charlotte Bearden. She worked at D.H. Holmes and was also retired at Hausmann's Jewely Store. She was a member/parishioner of St. Francis de Sales Cathedral. She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters of America.
