Ambrose Louis Chaisson . 87, was born January 1, 1924 in Chacbay, to Raoul Chaisson and Leah Legendre a trapper and fisherman and he moved to Houma in his early years. At the age of 17 he went into the Army and was on a landing barge in the pacific during World War II. When he came out of the army he married Dolores Scott .
Visitation will be held on Monday, June 6, 2011 from 9:00AM until service time at Holy Family Catholic Church. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 6, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Holy Family Catholic Church, with burial in the church cemetery.
