Thelma Marie Chatagnier Collins, 93, a native of Terrebonne Parish, LA and a resident of Houma, LA died Sunday, May 15, 2011 at 9:30 AM. Visitation will be Tuesday, May 17, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 9:00 PM Chauvin Funeral Home and Wednesday, May 18, 2011 from 9:00 AM until service time at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church Funeral Mass will be Wednesday, May 18, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church with burial in Terrebonne Memorial Park. Survived by: Sons: Allen Collins, Jr and wife June, Eugene Collins and wife Linda and Charles Collins and wife Christine; Brother: Medelton Chatagnier; 11 Grandchildren 20 Great Grandchildren and 1 Great Great Grandchild. Preceded in death by: Husband: Allen Collins, Sr Parents: Willis Chatagnier and Lovinia Lyons Chatagnier Brothers: Edward Chatagnier, Sr, Eldrin Chatagnier, Sr, and Wilbert Chatagnier Sister: Leona C. Bourg. Thelma was a parishioner of Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary Catholic Church and a member of the Ladies Altar Society.
