Floyd John Henry, 83, a native of Houma, LA and resident of Houma, LA died Wednesday, April 13, 2011. Visitation will be from 7:00pm to 9:00pm on Thursday, April 14, 2011 at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and from 9:30am to 11:00am on Friday, April 15, 2011 at St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, April 15, 2011 at 11:00am with Burial at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by wife, Marion Toups Henry; sons, John Henry and wife Jeannine of Houston TX; daughters, Evelyn Cunningham and husband Al of Houma LA; Karen Killion and husband Mark of Houma LA; and Linda White and husband Kent of New Iberia LA; brothers, Harris Henry and wife Judith of Houma LA; sisters, Lelia Guidry and husband Raymond of Houma LA; Grandchildren: Melinda Boudreaux Hurlburt, Angel Cunningham Trahan, Michelle Killion Bergeron, Johnny Haslitt, 2nd Lt. Steven White, Sara Catherine White, Christopher White, Heather Henry Leal and Aimee Henry Huff; 14 Great Grandchildren and 3 Great Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by parents: Helen Brunet Henry and Lenist Paul Henry; brothers, Delvin Henry. He was a member of St. Bernadette Soubirous Catholic Church. He was past Vice President of First National Bank (Whitney Bank).
