Rhea Dean Garcia, 69, a native of Bay St. Louis, MS and resident of Houma, LA died Wednesday, March 30, 2011. She is survived by Husband: Wallace John Garcia Daughters: Dorene Garcia Besse and husband Duke and Debbie Garcia Smith and husband Gary Smith Brothers: Jonathan Joanos and David Joanos and Grandson: Brennan Garcia. She was preceded in death by Parents: Lawrence Marks and Dorothy Winters Joanos and Brother: Angelo Joanos.
