David Paul Percle, 72, a native of Donner, LA and resident of Donner, LA died Wednesday, March 16, 2011. Visitation will be Saturday, March 26, 2011 from 8:30AM until 10:00AM at Chauvin Funeral Home. Services will be Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 10:00AM at Chauvin Funeral Home with burial in St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #2. He is survived by Daughters: Patricia Percle Judy of Harvey, LA Nancy Percle Karl and husband Dennis of Houma LA; Sons:Tim Anthony Percle Sr. and wife Trudy of New Orleans LA Steven Joseph Percle Sr. and wife Geri of Gretna LA and Tommy John Percle Sr. and wife Shirley of Nashville TN; Sister: Rosadel Percle Boudreaux and husband Bobby Boudreaux of Houma LA; 11 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren. He was preceded in death by Spouse: Genevieve Prejean Percle; Companion: Earline Theriot Jackson; Parents: Duffy Augustine Percle and Mabel Boudreaux Percle; Brothers:Melvin Percle, Duffy J. Percle, Daniel Percle, Malcolm Percle. He was a member of St. Lawrence Catholic Church. He was retired from Shell Oil Industry after 20 years of service. David was an avid sportsman who enjoyed the outdoors. He enjoyed playing cards and golf on a regular basis. He enjoyed taking care of the Donner Recreational Center.
