Visitation will be from 9:00 AM until 9:00 PM on Monday, March 14, 2011 at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and from 8:30 AM until service time on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at Holy Family Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Tuesday, March 15, 2011 at 11:00 AM with Burial at Holy Family Catholic Church Cemetery. She is survived by her spouse: John Verrett; Sons: Adam Pierre Jr., Ronald Pierre and wife Christle Pierre and Larry Dion Ernest Dion and Wife Sharon Dion; Daughters: Mary Alice and husband Elton Dean Marie Lillian and companion Adam Bourg; Marie Geraldine and husband Delvin Parfait Shirley and companion Jerry Steakley and Christine Billiot and Harold Billiot; Brothers: Milton Dion and John Dion, Sisters: Hazel Verdin and Numersous Grandhcildren, great grandchildren, and great great grand children. She was preceded in death by Mother: Hazel and Husband Wilton Lombas; Father: Eliose Dion and Angelle Dion; Spouse: Adam Joseph Pierre; Daughters: Hazel "T-Haze" Guidry and Diana Lynn Pierre; Son: Joseph "T-Boy" Pierre Granddaughters: 3 Grandsons:3 She was a parishioner of Holy Family Catholic Church.
