Reginald Daniel Boudreaux, 78, died Friday, February 25, 2011.
He was a native and resident of Houma, Louisiana.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, February 27, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 8:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and on Monday, February 28, 2011 from 9:00 AM until service time at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. Funeral service will be held on Monday, February 28, 2011 at 11:00 AM at Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with burial following at St. Francis de Sales Cemetery #1.
He is survived by his
wife, Sylvia Pellegrin Boudreaux,
sons, Todd Boudreaux and wife Debra, Lee Boudreaux and wife Kimberly, Marvin Boudreaux,
grandchildren, Marc Boudreaux, Jared Boudreaux, Jennifer Boudreaux, Tiffany Boudreaux, Angelle Boudreaux,
great grandchild, Alex Boudreaux and
sisters, Rhea Scott and Marion Boquet.
He was preceded in death by his
parents, August Boudreaux and Lucille Plaisance Boudreaux,
daughter, Leslie Boudreaux,
son, Mark Boudreaux,
brother, Earl Boudreaux
He retired from Texaco where he worked as a Production Foreman and was a parishioner of St. Matthews Episcopal Church. He served in the National Guard and was a Sergeant in the Marines during the Korean War where he received the Good Conduct Medal, National Defense Service Medal, Korean Service Medal and the United Nations Service Medal.
He was a member of the Dularge Hunting Club and the Terrebonne Sportsmans League.
In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to St. Matthew’s Episcopal Church.
