Funeral Service will be held on Thursday, February 24, 2011 at 11:00am Funeral Service. with Burial at Barrios Cemetery. She is survived by Sons: Robert Barrios and John Barrios; Daughters: Kathy Chauvin, Carol Vecchio and Nancy Barrios; Brothers: David Carter and Allen Carter; Sisters: Delores Owens; 14 Grandchildren and 8 Great Grandchildren. She was preceded in death by Spouse: Louis Henry Barrios; Parents: Roy Carter and Marguerite Hoffman Carter; Brothers: Roy Carter and Jack Carter; Sisters: Roma Gooch and Sammie Burnette.
