Services will be private.
He is survived by three sisters, Sylvia Stikeleather of Houston, Shirley Elliott and Violet Benoit of Houma.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Duffy Joseph Price and Lena Roddy Price; two brothers, Majesta and Horace Price; and one sister, Gloria P. Pellegrin, all of Houma
