Joseph Anderson Twiner, Sr., 76, died Thursday, February 3, 2011 at 5:50 PM. He was a native of Bentonia, MS and resident of Houma, LA. Visitation will be held on Monday, February 7, 2011 from 6:00 PM until 10:00 PM with service being held at 7:00 PM. Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. with burial at Terrebonne Memorial at a later date. He is survived by her daughter, Dessie Twiner Treadaway and husband Harold Treadway; son, Joseph Anderson Twiner, Jr. and wife Mary Elizabeth Twiner; grandchildren, Wayne Shoemake and wife Evelyn Shoemake, Danielle Shoemake, Joseph Anderson Twiner, III and wife Amanda Twiner, Sarah Twiner, Rachel Stipelcovich and husband Stephen Stipelcovich, Chad Treadway and wife Christy Treadaway, Simon Joseph Ronquillo, III and wife Patricia Ronquillo, Shane Treadaway and wife Aimie Treadaway; great grandchildren, Tyler Shoemake, Joseph Anderson Twiner, IV, Kylie Washington, Kade Paul Twiner, Ragen Elizabeth Twiner, Gracie Catherine Stipelcovich, Julia Claire Stipelcovich, Simon Joseph Ronquillo, IV, Brendon Richard Ronquillo, Connie Alex Ronquillo, Patrick Simon Ronquillo, Kaysie Johnson, Kyle Johnson, Katie Rose Johnson, Alexia Treadaway, Joseph Treadaway, Elizabeth Treadaway, Stephen Treadaway and Andrew Treadaway, brothers, Thomas Carroll Twiner, Levi Franklin Twiner, III, sisters, Lily Mae Hilderbrand, Emily Sue Goode, Laura Jean Twiner and Georgia Ann Fielder. He was preceded in death by her wife, Catalina Ragas Twiner, parents, Levi Franklin Twiner, Jr. and Leona Leist Twiner grandchild, Ella Treadaway Johnson, brother, William Allen Twiner and Marion Franklin Twiner sisters, Elizabeth Belle Langley and Martha Frances Walker He worked in the oil field as a fishing tool operator and manager. In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Heart Association.
