Virginia “Tee-Tee” Navarre Hebert, 78, a native of Houma and resident of Bayou Blue, passed away on Tuesday, December 28, 2010 at 5:19 AM. Visitation will be held on Wednesday, December 29, 2010 from 5:00 PM until 10:00 PM Chauvin Funeral Home, Inc. and on Thursday, December 30, 2010 from 9:00 AM until service time at St. Louis Catholic Church. Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Thursday, December 30, 2010 at 10:30 AM at St. Louis Catholic Church with burial in the church cemetery. She is survived by her loving children, one son, Albert "Jay" Hebert, Jr. and fiance' Ellen Boudreaux, seven daughters, Connie Hebert and fiancee Leo Dupre, Tana Hebert Theriot and husband Dooley, Karen Hebert Boudoin and husband Dwayne, Pam Hebert Cobb and husband Ty, Tina Hebert LeBouef and husband Dwayne, Rachel Hebert Dupre and husband Carl, Stacey Hebert Luna and husband Monty and one sister, Audrey Devalcourt. She will be greatly missed by her grandchildren who were her pride and joy, Trent Hebert, Jessica Pollard, Sidney Theriot, Shayla Theriot, Lindsey Boudreaux, Jr., Derrick Boudreaux, Jennifer Boudoin, Colby Boudoin, Ariana Boudoin, Greffery Cobb, Courtney Cobb, Shelby Cobb, Ashlee LeBouef, Morgan LeBouef, Dwayne LaBouef, Hunter Dupre, Kelsey Dupre, Jade Luna, Brandon Luna, Bricen Luna and five great grandchild.. She was preceded in death by her husband, Albert Peter Hebert, Sr., parents, Marcellan Navarre and Jeannie Bergeron Navarre, three brothers, Ernest Navarre, Norris Navarre and Horace Navarre, one sister Margie Boudreaux and one grandchild Zachary Cobb. She was a homemaker and a parishioner of St. Louis Catholic Church She was a caring person, a remarkable women and an exceptional mother. She was a devoted wife and loving, caring, giving grandmother and great grandmother. This love that she has given will forever live within her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren and the many hearts that were touched in her life. She was an active member of the Bayou Blue Senior Citizens Group where she served as a Maid and Queen of Mardi Gras. Special thanks to all the many doctors and nurses who took care of her during her illness and to all our family and friends for their love, prayers and support.
