Zane Williams

Zane Steven Williams, 13, died Tuesday, December 21, 2010 at 4:05 PM shortly after his brother Derrick Frank Williams, who passed that morning. He was a native and resident of Houma. Visitation will be held on Sunday, December 26, 2010 from 5:00 PM until 9:00 PM at Chauvin Funeral Home and on Monday, December 27, 2010 from 8:30 AM until 7:00 PM at Bourg Baptist Church. Services will be held on Monday, December 27, 2010 at 1:00 PM and 7:00 PM at Bourg Baptist Church. He is survived by his father, Derrick Frank Williams, Sr., mother, Catina Sevin Muster, step father, Corey Campbell, step brother, Willie Rene LeBouef, nephew, Malachi Melvin LeBouef, aunts, Sherri Williams, Sabrina Dupre, Rebecca Meier, Regina Authement, Uncle, Glenn Sevin, cousins, Tia and Jacob Williams, Misty and Brina Dupre, Megan, Shelby and Russel Meier, III, Ricky Dupre, Tori Authement, grandparents, Ruby and Willis Sevin and godparents, Shelly White and Irvin “Coon” Cuneo. He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Maxine and Frank Williams. Zanes number one love was video games he also enjoyed sports especially, football, basketball and playing pool. His grandfather nicknamed him Zing Zong Ding Dong. He was in the eight grade at Montegut Middle School. He was a well mannered, comedic boy who touched a lot of hearts, was well loved and had many friends. He was very close to his brother, Derrick. Zane will be truly missed by all who knew him.
